Processing, Handling, and Freight Preparation Timeframes
All commercial and residential orders placed on orbitfm.com undergo comprehensive quality auditing, structural testing, and specialized high-density protection packaging to eliminate the risk of transit damage to large, fragile, heavy, or multi-component goods. Our standard processing and handling window requires three to five business days from the exact timestamp that the transaction is formally authorized by our financial systems.
Please note that order processing operations are suspended on weekends and recognized public holidays. For oversized shipments, custom commercial configurations, or massive salon overhauls involving multi-pallet dining table sets or specialized workspace decorations, manufacturing lead times may apply, which will be communicated distinctly during consultation. During periods of exceptional order volumes, processing timeframes may expand by forty-eight hours. If a structural delay affects your order’s processing phase, our logistical coordination department will notify you immediately via email.
Transit Schedules for Domestic and International Freight
We collaborate exclusively with experienced freight networks, specialized white-glove commercial delivery networks, and international shipping conglomerates to ensure your purchases are managed professionally. Shipping transit timelines begin the moment the carrier takes physical custody of the cargo.
- Domestic LTL Freight (Mainland Distribution): Estimated delivery windows range from seven to fourteen business days, depending on regional proximity to our fulfillment centers.
- International Cross-Border Shipping: Global transits generally require fourteen to twenty-eight business days to reach port facilities or end destinations.
Please understand that these timelines are estimations. Actual transit times can fluctuate due to carrier volume shifts, severe weather disruptions, border controls, infrastructure bottlenecks, or regional customs clearances. orbitfm.com is not financially or legally responsible for transit delays caused by independent carrier operations.
Customs Tariffs, Duties, and International Taxes
For all orders destined for cross-border delivery, the purchasing customer or purchasing commercial entity is legally designated as the importer of record. You assume complete responsibility for complying with all statutory import laws, border regulations, and associated financial duties of the destination country.
All prices displayed on orbitfm.com are completely exclusive of import tariffs, customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), or auxiliary clearing fees applied by border authorities. These fees are determined independently at the point of entry and must be paid in full by the recipient before the carrier can release the cargo. We suggest consulting your local customs bureau to estimate potential import costs before finalizing your order.
Order Tracking Operations
When your shipment is formally dispatched from our logistics center, an automated notification will be sent to your registered email address. This message will contain your unique Bill of Lading (BOL) or tracking numbers and a direct link to the real-time tracking portal of the designated freight carrier.
This tracking tool allows you to monitor the movement of your cargo. For large items like full dining table sets or heavy salon mirrors and decoration structures, the freight carrier will contact you via telephone to schedule a mandatory delivery appointment. It is your absolute responsibility to be present at the delivery address during the scheduled appointment to receive and sign for the freight.
Failed Deliveries and Address Modification Liability
It is the critical responsibility of the consumer to provide flawless, accurate, and physically accessible shipping information at checkout. If a carrier cannot execute delivery due to incorrect addresses, gate access failures, structural entry blocks, or the absence of an authorized adult to sign for the freight, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse at the buyer’s expense.
In these circumstances, the customer is fully liable for all original shipping costs, return freight charges applied by the carrier, and any associated warehousing storage fees before a re-shipment can be organized.
